Shipping policy

Once the payment is processed, the item is usually dispatched within 72 hours, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

All items are inspected before being dispatched, we only use the best packing materials to ensure your item reaches you safely and discreetly.

Larger or extremely fragile items may require special packing or bespoke crating, handling time may be affected and incur additional shipping costs.

Certain items, such as trunks made from exotic skin may requite an export license which could take a couple of weeks to be processed. In such cases you might also need to obtain an import certificate from relevant local authorities.

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address provided at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information and a confirmation of shipment.

Please note that clients are responsible for any customs fees or duties. If your package is unclaimed at customs, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges and any customs or duties fees.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged items.  Once your package has been dispatched, it is in the care of the international mail courier and all following actions and claims will need to be taken with your local office.
